1. How does this work?
1. You find a cross you love. 
2. You select which diameter/ style chain you would like. 
3. You choose the length of chain you would like from the options. 
That's it! 

2. You don't charge for the chain?
Nope! The chain is included in the price of the cross. We want the shopping experience to be frictionless as possible. Free chain, Free shipping to the lower 48. 

3. What if I want a chain length that is not listed?
No problem! Pick the style you want and in the notes field of your order tell us the size you'd like and we'll custom make it at no charge! (30" max)

4. I don't see what I want, can you make a cross to order?
Short answer - YES! We'd love to work together with you for a bespoke concierge experience. Alternatively, we can discuss a primary color request. These options are available at an additional charge that varies depending on how involved you would like to be. 

5. How long will shipping take?
Orders typically process in 1-2 days depending on special requests. They typically arrive in 2-5 business days. We ship with USPS, which can occasionally have delays. 

6. Is each cross really one-of-a-kind?
Yes! The nature of Fordite being layered paint, every cross is unique. Our artist painstakingly finishes each piece to extract the most striking color combinations. Each cross in is unique and that exact pattern/ color etc. can't be duplicated, even if we wanted to. 

7. Do you accept returns?
Yes! If for any reason you don't love your cross, we accept return requests for 30 days after the item ships. The cross and chain should un-damaged for full credit. Customer provides return shipping. No restocking fee, No final sale items. 

8. Is this "Real" Fordite?
100% The rough/ raw material comes from domestic auto manufactures in Michigan, Ohio and elsewhere in the Midwest. Our artist is a passionate "car guy" and wouldn't dare insult the provenance of real Fordite with a fake product. We are happy to discuss this more in detail if you have any questions. 

9. Do you ship outside the US?
We can at the buyers expense.
